As a Cook at Lalu Coffee Bali, you will play a crucial role in crafting delicious, high-quality dishes that perfectly complement our exceptional coffee offerings. From preparing savory breakfast and brunch classics to contributing to our rotating specials and cafe menu, you will bring creativity and consistency to every plate. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and daily specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and the creation of daily specials.
- Ensure all food is served at the correct temperature and meets presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients, and assist in minimizing food waste.
- Inspect kitchen equipment and promptly report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per local standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, cafe, or similar environment.
- Culinary certification or diploma from a recognized institution is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong passion for food, coffee culture, and hospitality.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Denpasar area is required.
