- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP standards.
- Contribute to menu development and recipe improvement under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Manage portion control and plate presentation to maintain consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
