Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station to ensure a safe cooking environment.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in the timely ordering of supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Portion and plate food items correctly to minimize waste and control costs.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes when required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
