Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with strict food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing procedures, including equipment preparation and cleaning.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team during busy hours to maintain service flow.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and plating to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages or needs to the head chef.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food safety (HACCP).
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy service periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
