Karmafree Surf Shop, located in the heart of Badung, Bali, is more than just a retail space—it's a lifestyle destination. We are looking for a talented Cook to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional culinary experience to our customers and guests. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3,500,000 to Rp 5,000,000 per month.
As our Cook, you will take charge of preparing a variety of dishes, from hearty breakfasts to light lunches, all crafted using fresh, local ingredients. You will ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Your creativity will be encouraged as you participate in menu planning and bring new ideas to the table.

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and hygiene.
- Assist in menu planning and development with the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Manage inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
- Uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Passion for food and commitment to quality.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
