Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a hygienic and safe manner following proper food handling procedures
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area, equipment, and tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences when necessary
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to menu development and improvement of culinary offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creative mindset with passion for food and cooking
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine and ingredients is a plus
