Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook gelato base ingredients according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Monitor and maintain optimal hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of daily tasks
- Inspect raw ingredients for quality and freshness before processing
- Operate and maintain kitchen machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Adapt production processes to meet seasonal demand and special menu requirements
- Document production activities and maintain accurate inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in professional cooking or food production
- Passion for desserts, gelato making, and culinary arts
- Certification in food safety and hygiene handling (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina required for standing and moving in kitchen setting
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international dessert techniques
