Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and stock rotation of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service
- Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of cooking stations, utensils, and equipment
- Participate in menu development and seasonal culinary initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience in hospitality sector
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine preparation
- Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure kitchen environments
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting, and prolonged cooking tasks
- Team player with strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid food handling certification preferred
