Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery during peak hours.
- Uphold the restaurant's brand image through consistent food presentation and service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or fine dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Understanding of HACCP food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (preferred).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for food and a customer-centric attitude.
