Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times to ensure safety standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Portion and present food items attractively to enhance the dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
