Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner to meet restaurant service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies
- Continuously improve culinary skills through training and practice
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cook in a hospitality environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team
