Tanggung Jawab

- Assist in menu planning and daily preparation of ingredients.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow health and safety protocols strictly within the hotel environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, plating, and presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
