Corner House is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our culinary team in the vibrant area of Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of Western dishes, including steaks, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads, hearty soups, and delectable breakfast options. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook Western menu items such as steaks, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, and breakfast dishes according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and notify management of shortages.
- Assist in kitchen operations and support colleagues during peak hours.
- Portion and plate food items efficiently to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid food handler's certification (optional but advantageous).
