Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team promptly.
