Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure a high-quality visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper portion control and follow recipes to manage food costs efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary certification is a plus.
