Tanggung Jawab
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, ensuring the highest quality and taste standards.
- Timely Service: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner to meet service requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock levels and assist in the ordering and receiving of fresh ingredients to minimize waste.
- Recipe Adherence: Strictly follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency across all menu items.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar cooking or kitchen role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or culinary qualification is an advantage.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
