Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Cook and prepare dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper sanitation practices
- Handle and store food items safely, following food safety guidelines
- Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure food is properly cooked
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
Kualifikasi
- Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and instructions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Culinary school certification or equivalent training is a plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian or international cuisine is advantageous
