In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. You will work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station at all times, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Cut, trim, and prepare ingredients for cooking and plating.
- Ensure that all food products are labeled, dated, and stored correctly to ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for baking and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
- Basic math skills for recipe scaling and portion control.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
