Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and plated correctly for customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cooking or culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with HACCP food safety regulations and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary certification is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
