You will work under the guidance of our Executive Chef to execute sophisticated recipes with precision and artistry. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of baking techniques, ingredient properties, and food safety standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare a wide variety of pastry items, including cakes, tarts, and plated desserts, following standard recipes.
  • Ensure all menu items meet company portion sizes and aesthetic presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the pastry station at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production of daily banquet and a la carte requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks on all prepared items before they are served to guests.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal dessert menu concepts and recipe testing.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or hotel pastry kitchen.
  • Proficiency in basic and advanced baking techniques (mixing, kneading, piping, glazing).
  • Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to maintain focus and deliver quality work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Relevant vocational diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
