Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to the established menu and recipes.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily meal preparation, ingredient sourcing, and mise en place.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, maintained, and operated safely.
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP principles) at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the supervisor.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure timely service and high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
- Contribute to the development of daily specials or seasonal menu adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or Kitchen Helper in a cafe, hotel, or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and seasoning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Commitment to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and/or International cuisine.
- High level of physical stamina to manage standing and kitchen tasks for extended periods.
