Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Indonesian dishes following traditional recipes and company standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene meet HACCP requirements
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation during peak hours
- Manage inventory of spices, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment
- Adapt recipes based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Train junior staff on traditional cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience, preferably in Indonesian cuisine
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure kitchen environments
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (PKP) preferred
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Passion for culinary arts and cultural food traditions
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
