Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently, adhering to established recipes and portion standards.
- Perform daily food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing proteins, and making sauces.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and report ingredient shortages or quality issues to the management team.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak service hours to ensure prompt guest service.
- Maintain equipment hygiene and perform routine cleaning of kitchen appliances and surfaces.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure orders are completed according to customer requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a cook, kitchen helper, or all-rounder in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and personal cleanliness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure during busy shifts.
