Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMU/SMK) with culinary certification preferred
  • 1+ years of professional cooking experience in catering or hospitality
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and Indonesian culinary standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/ingredients
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management and order processing
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
