Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Assist in menu development and creation of new pastry offerings
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- Culinary diploma or certification in pastry arts or related field
- Previous experience as a pastry cook or chef de partie in a high-quality establishment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
