As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese seafood and dimsum dishes, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese seafood and dimsum dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all dishes are presented in an appealing manner and maintain consistent taste
- Manage food inventory, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Train and mentor junior cooks on Chinese cooking techniques
- Assist in menu development and testing of new seafood and dimsum dishes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook in a Chinese seafood and dimsum restaurant
- Deep knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, especially for seafood and dimsum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Culinary school certification or equivalent experience is preferred
