Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare nutritious and appealing meals for children according to dietary guidelines and nutritional requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, play areas, and common spaces to ensure a safe environment for children
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal procedures
- Assist in inventory management of kitchen supplies and cleaning materials
- Collaborate with teaching staff to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations established by the center and government authorities
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking in a childcare or educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and modify meals based on dietary restrictions
- Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping
- Good time management skills to handle meal preparation and cleaning duties efficiently
- Basic understanding of nutrition and balanced diets for children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and potentially parents
