Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chefs in daily food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared according to strict recipes.
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly at all times.
- Assist in plating dishes to meet high visual and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively within the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service.
- Handle kitchen equipment and machinery with care and proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Commis or Cook is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food safety.
- Strong passion for food and a desire to learn culinary arts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods and work in a kitchen setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
