Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and plate high-quality food items in accordance with established recipes and portion standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks, including mise-en-place and ingredient prep.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report supply shortages to the kitchen lead.
  • Ensure that all equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
  • Assist in the storage of food items, following proper FIFO (First In, First Out) labeling and rotation procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Strong discipline, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and food handling safety.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow complex recipes with precision.
