- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not strictly required for the right candidate.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
