Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients and food items following standardized recipes and procedures
- Assist senior chefs in cooking, plating, and food presentation
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages or quality issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary certification
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods in a hot environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
