Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily food preparation tasks in the hot kitchen according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance in the kitchen area at all times.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items according to FIFO protocols.
- Assist in the development and preparation of menu items during peak operational hours.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen (Hot Kitchen experience preferred).
- Possess a strong passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or related hospitality training is a significant advantage.
