Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook hot dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to food safety protocols and HACCP compliance
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing initiatives
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support junior staff through knowledge sharing and guidance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in professional hot kitchen environment
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent vocational training preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cooking techniques
- Ability to perform efficiently during high-pressure service periods
- Basic understanding of cost control and waste management principles
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid food handling certification (if applicable in region)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
