Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, ensuring they are properly sanitized and stored.
- Prepare and organize ingredients (mise-en-place) for upcoming service periods.
- Monitor food stocks and notify management of inventory needs to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the lead cook in various kitchen tasks to maintain efficient service flow.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure food quality and presentation consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper is highly preferred.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility are mandatory.
- Agility and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy shifts.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work during shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredient preparation.
