Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation, plating, and kitchen maintenance
- Operate coffee equipment to prepare specialty beverages with artistry
- Provide attentive table service, order taking, and payment processing
- Ensure dining areas, equipment, and utensils are sanitized and organized
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience for Cook/Cook Helper/Barista roles
- Neat, professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and multitasking
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
