Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and established standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Assist in menu planning and daily preparation tasks.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic cooking skills and the ability to follow instructions.
