Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of deli-style menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards).
- Manage inventory levels and assist in monitoring stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service hours.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent food quality.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Assist in the development of new menu concepts or seasonal specials as requested by the Head Chef.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or Line Chef, preferably in a deli or cafe setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of international and local ingredient sourcing.
- Certification in Food Handling or culinary training is considered a strong advantage.
