In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Whether you are prepping fresh ingredients or executing complex deli-style dishes, your contribution will be essential to our kitchen's success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of deli-style menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards).
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in monitoring stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service hours.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent food quality.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
  • Assist in the development of new menu concepts or seasonal specials as requested by the Head Chef.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or Line Chef, preferably in a deli or cafe setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of international and local ingredient sourcing.
  • Certification in Food Handling or culinary training is considered a strong advantage.
