Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, including all workstations and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and health department regulations
- Participate in menu planning and provide input for new dish ideas
- Monitor food quality and temperature throughout preparation and service
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality food
- Culinary certification or diploma is an advantage
