Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist chefs in the preparation and assembly of ingredients for various menu items.
  • Ensure the kitchen workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory storage, including proper labeling and rotation of food stocks.
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables or proteins.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
  • Monitor and restock kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
  • Assist with the cleanup of equipment and preparation areas at the end of every shift.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Helper, Commis Chef, or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of basic kitchen safety and food handling practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • A positive mindset and a strong commitment to learning and development.
  • Basic certification in food safety is highly desirable.
