Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the head chef in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cooking utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Help in receiving and storing supplies, ensuring proper rotation and freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Learn and master various cooking techniques and recipes under the guidance of experienced chefs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
