Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the culinary team with food preparation, washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Monitor and adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations in the food handling area.
- Support in cooking and plating dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Help manage kitchen inventory, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
