Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
- Ensure all cooking stations are clean, sanitized, and organized according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize waste.
- Support the chefs during service to ensure timely delivery of dishes to the dining area.
- Clean and sanitize cooking utensils, pots, pans, and equipment after use.
- Learn and adhere to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and follow instructions.
