In this role, you will play a vital support role within our kitchen operations. You will work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is efficient, safe, and of the highest standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times.
- Assist in the washing, peeling, cutting, and preparation of fresh ingredients according to recipes.
- Organize and store kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
- Support the cooking team with basic food preparation tasks and plating.
- Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all food items to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Keep workstations tidy and ready for the next service to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
Kualifikasi
- No prior professional experience is required; we welcome fresh graduates and beginners.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a neat, tidy appearance.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well as part of a team.
