Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Support chefs in cooking, plating, and presenting dishes according to recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation standards, and organized workstations
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/supplies management
- Adhere to food safety protocols (HACCP) and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Basic food preparation and cooking knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Team-oriented communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes precisely
- Relevant experience in hospitality/kitchen settings preferred
