Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the main chef in food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage facilities.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated following food safety guidelines.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure efficient food production.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations strictly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and waste disposal, according to kitchen protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a kitchen helper, prep cook, or in a similar culinary support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during work hours.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a professional attitude toward work duties.
