We are seeking a dedicated Cook Helper to join the culinary team at RUI Japanese Charcoal Grill. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a renowned establishment known for its authentic Japanese cuisine and high-quality charcoal grilling techniques. In this role, you will assist the head chef and kitchen staff in preparing delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
As a Cook Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the kitchen. You will help with food preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized cooking environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Prepare garnishes and side dishes to enhance the presentation of meals.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- No prior professional cooking experience required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good personal hygiene.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in Japanese cuisine or charcoal grilling is an advantage.
