Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage the inventory of food supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all dishes are plated accurately and presented beautifully before serving.
- Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, stoves, ovens) safely and efficiently.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure fast and efficient service delivery.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing stations, and managing waste.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for cooking and a genuine interest in the F&B industry.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Must be located in or able to commute to Pamanukan, Jawa Barat.
