Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, chopping, and cooking under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Portion and plate food accurately according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Support the kitchen team in managing waste and minimizing spoilage.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
