Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking processes.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks including cutting, washing, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Support the service team by ensuring food is ready and presented attractively.
- Follow strict recipes and quality control guidelines to ensure consistency.
Kualifikasi
- No formal culinary degree required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
