As a Cook Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the high-quality, delicious burger experience they expect. You will work closely with our experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment, learning the ins and outs of a professional commercial kitchen. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Cook in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and peeling vegetables and other ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen workstation is kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times following strict health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the plating of food items according to BB52 Burgers' quality and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory by ensuring food items are correctly stored and rotated (FIFO method).
- Perform routine kitchen cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and sanitation of equipment.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure fast and efficient food delivery.
- Follow all company policies and recipes to maintain consistency across our Uluwatu and Ungasan outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Cook Helper, or similar role in a café or restaurant.
- Strong understanding of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Strong team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Uluwatu area.
